Community Survey

In the fall of 2014, the City of Knoxville contracted with ETC Institute of Olathe, Kansas, to conduct a community survey assessing residents' satisfaction with how the City delivers services, and to help set priorities for the City to spend tax dollars wisely.

Questions were asked regarding satisfaction with:
