Receptionist Clerk

The City of Knoxville has a part-time position available at City Hall. This position under direct supervision of the Assistant City Manager will perform various duties including answering telephone and providing information in response to public inquiries, recordkeeping for various city departments, receiving monies for payment of bills and records in ledger or other records; may include cross training with city clerk; and serving as administrative assistant to city management, and other duties that may be assigned. This position must have good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment; experience in clerical work and a minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
