In collaboration with Knoxville's downtown businesses, Marilyn Arber, City of Knoxville Community Development Director recently took on a project in helping promote our Downtown. This project comes as a result to Knoxville's current downtown revitalization efforts that are underway after a downtown assessment conducted from Iowa Economic Development Authority.
