Did you know if you build a new home within the city limits of Knoxville you're eligible to receive abatement on your property taxes over the next five years?
The Knoxville community saw several exciting projects over the last year including residential, commercial and industrial. We hope to continue that into 2023 and in part of doing so we're incentivizing those developments with a tax abatement incentive program!
This program is not only for new construction, but also
for improvement projects where the property value will be increased by a minimum of 10%.
