The City of Knoxville is seeking proposals for the development of a Community and Housing Needs Assessment for Knoxville, Iowa.

The purpose of the study is to review the current housing supply and demand in Knoxville and to project future housing needs, based upon an examination of various social, demographic, and economic trends and factors.  

Proposals may be submitted to the City of Knoxville no later than June 15, 2022, 4:30 p.m.  Proposals received after this time will be considered late and not accepted.
